We've taken great care in designing and making our products that will (we hope) impress you. We love each and every one—and sincerely hope you will, too. If for any reason you aren't 100% pleased with any product you receive, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date and we'll gladly refund the full cost of the item-no questions asked.

Returning and Exchanging 

1.  If you have a moment, please provide a brief explanation of the reason for your return. It'll help us to do better next time.

2.  Securely package the item(s) to be returned so it travels safely.

3.  Ship the package via UPS or insured parcel post to the following address:

Returns will be promptly handled upon their arrival. Look for an exchange or cash refund to arrive within a few short weeks. Credit card refunds require a bit more patience—they'll appear in your next billing cycle.
